Proposal & Contract Negotiation: Prepare and present tailored staffing solutions, negotiate contracts, and close deals efficiently.
Market Analysis: Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and client needs to refine sales strategies accordingly.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with recruitment, operations, and account management teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
Compliance & Documentation: Ensure all sales activities comply with UAE labor laws and company policies.
Job Requirement / Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in business administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
Minimum 5+ years of sales experience in the UAE staffing & outsourcing industry.
Proficiency in English is required; Arabic is preferred.
Strong experience of staffing services or workforce outsourcing
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing large enterprise accounts.
Demonstrated experience in leading and managing teams, with strong people management skills.
