Job Description

Designation: Sales Manager Department: Sales Reporting To: Sales Head Job Summary: As the Sales Manager for ITSL (Impact Testing Services Lab), you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth of the company by leading the sales efforts for our comprehensive testing services in soil quality, water quality, fertilizer quality, and plant tissue quality. You will be responsible for building and managing relationships with clients, promoting our testing solutions, and achieving sales targets. Roles & Responsibilities: 1. Business Development:
  • Identify and target potential clients in industries such as agriculture, environmental consulting, landscaping, and more.
  • Develop a strategic sales plan to expand the customer base and increase market share.
  • Research market trends and competitor offerings to identify opportunities for differentiation.
2. Client Relationship Management:
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, proposals, and contract negotiations.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client concerns and ensuring timely delivery of testing reports.
3. Sales Strategy Implementation:
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and business objectives.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials, presentations, and campaigns to showcase our testing services.
  • Participate in industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events to increase brand visibility.
4. Team Collaboration:
  • Work closely with the laboratory and technical teams to understand the intricacies of testing processes and methodologies.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate and timely delivery of testing reports to clients.
5. Sales Reporting and Analysis:
  • Monitor sales performance and generate regular reports to assess progress towards targets.
  • Analyze sales data to identify trends, challenges, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Adjust sales strategies and tactics based on market feedback and performance metric
Eligibility Criteria:
  • Bachelor\'s degree in Business, Marketing, Environmental Science, or a related field. A relevant technical background can be advantageous.
  • Proven track record of at least 7 years in sales or business development, preferably in the environmental testing, agriculture, or related industry.
  • Strong understanding of soil quality, water quality, fertilizer quality, and plant tissue quality testing processes and their relevance to various industries.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office suite.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic team environment.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings, conferences, and industry events.
Job Type: Full-time Salary: AED12,000.00 - AED20,000.00 per month Experience:
  • Soil testing inductry: 10 years (Required)
  • Water & Fertilizer quality testing: 5 years (Required)
  • Sales experience in Laboratory setup: 5 years (Required)
  • business development in soil testing projects: 7 years (Required)
License/Certification:
  • UAE driving License with own Car (Required)
