Our Health Pharmacy, a leading pharmacy and skincare company, in partnership with Biosar Skincare and Cosmetics, is hiring a professional Brand Manager to manage the BIOSAR brand in Qatar.

Duties and Responsibilities:

o Develop and implement the brand's marketing strategy in coordination with BIOSAR management.

o Prepare annual and monthly marketing plans to achieve growth and sales objectives.

o Coordinate with the field team and sales teams to ensure brand exposure and implement promotional offers.

o Collaborate with pharmacies, clinics, and dermatologists to expand the distribution network.

o Oversee advertising campaigns (online and offline) and ensure their effectiveness.

o Analyze market and competitor performance and provide regular reports.

o Provide necessary training to the sales team and point-of-sale consultants.

o Manage relationships with influencers and digital marketing partners.

o Suggest appropriate products for the local market and coordinate with the parent factory in Turkey.

o Good knowledge of the Qatari beauty market and customer profile.

o Strong communication, persuasion, and teamwork skills.

o Proficiency in using digital marketing tools, Excel, and PowerPoint.

o Ability to work under pressure and achieve set goals.

o Preference will be given to those with professional relationships with major pharmacies and dermatologists in Qatar.

Language Requirements:

o Fluency in spoken and written Arabic and English.
