Achieving sales targets for industrial refrigerants in assigned markets or domains
Identify and win new business with distributors and industrial end users while maintaining and growing existing key accounts.
Build strong technical understanding of refrigerants and related products to propose suitable solutions and support customers' application needs.
Prepare and follow up on quotations, negotiate pricing and commercial terms, and ensure timely order closure and collections.
Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and project pipelines, and report regular sales forecasts and activity updates to management.
Coordinate closely with operations, logistics, and finance to ensure smooth delivery, after-sales support, and customer satisfaction.
Participate in customer visits, trade shows, and promotional activities to build Green Cooling's brand in the refrigerant market
Qualifications:
Bachelor's in chemical engineering or Equivalent
Minimum 4-5 years sales experience in HVAC or chemical industry. Experience in refrigerant industry will be an added advantage.
Must have UAE/GCC market exposure.
Holder of valid Driver's license is preferred.
