Job Description

:

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Sales Manager to lead our sales team in our lighting showroom. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in retail or lighting sales, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for customer service.

Responsibilities:

Oversee day-to-day showroom sales operations Manage and motivate the sales team to achieve targets Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and vendors Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue Provide product knowledge and technical support to customers Monitor inventory and coordinate with the procurement team Prepare sales reports and analyze performance
Requirements:

Proven experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar retail role (lighting industry preferred) Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills Ability to meet sales goals and manage a team effectively Excellent customer service and negotiation skills Knowledge of lighting products, fixtures, and trends (an advantage) Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
