Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve company targets. Lead and motivate the sales team to deliver outstanding results. Identify new business opportunities and maintain strong relationships with clients. Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management. Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field. Minimum 3 years of sales experience (preferably in [industry, e.g., events, exhibitions, or FMCG]). Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills. UAE driving license (preferred).
