Sales Manager - Hygiene Products Industry

Location : Sharjah Airport Freezone

We are seeking a highly driven and experienced Sales Manager to lead our commercial growth in the Hygiene Products industry. The ideal candidate must come from a similar industry background and possess a deep understanding of air care systems, tissue products, janitorial and hygiene consumables.

This is a senior role that requires strategic leadership, business development acumen, and proven success in managing large-scale projects and teams.

Key Roles & Responsibilities:



Strategic Sales Leadership:

Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve revenue and market share targets across product categories (air care, tissue, cleaning chemicals, dispensers, etc.).

Team Management:

Lead, motivate, and mentor a high-performing sales team to deliver consistent results and ensure strong market presence.

Market Expansion:

Identify new business opportunities in institutional, commercial, and distribution sectors, expanding the company's footprint in the hygiene segment.

Key Account Management:

Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with major clients, distributors, and facility management companies.

Project Handling:

Manage large-scale hygiene projects from proposal to delivery, ensuring customer satisfaction and profitability.

Performance Analysis:

Monitor sales metrics, prepare forecasts, and present regular performance reports to management.

Product & Market Intelligence:

Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to align business strategies.

Collaboration:

Work closely with marketing, procurement, and operations teams to ensure smooth execution of sales plans.

Candidate Profile:

Minimum

5-8 years of experience

in the

Hygiene or FMCG industry

, with at least

3 years in a managerial role.

Strong understanding of

hygiene systems, consumables, and B2B project sales.

Proven ability to

lead teams, achieve sales targets, and manage key accounts.

Excellent

communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Strong business sense with a results-driven and customer-focused approach. UAE Driving licence is mandatory to apply this job
