Job Description

We are a leading furniture manufacturer company in UAE specializing in restaurant furniture, hospitality furniture and home furniture.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Revenue Generation:

Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets and revenue goals.

Client Engagement:

Identify, recruit, and onboard new clients, including interior designers, architects, contractors, and hospitality businesses.

Product Expertise:

Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of furniture products, features, trends, and pricing to make accurate recommendations.

Sales Management:

Manage the entire sales pipeline, from lead generation through cold calling and networking to negotiating and closing sales deals.

Customer Relationship Management:

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and dealers, providing excellent customer service, addressing concerns, and fostering repeat business.

Internal Collaboration:

Work with internal teams, including production, logistics, and design departments, to coordinate orders, manage inventory, and ensure timely delivery.

Reporting & Analysis:

Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports on sales performance, gather client feedback, and provide insights to internal teams.
Qualifications & Skills

Education:

Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.

Experience:

Proven experience in sales, preferably within the furniture, interior design, or home decor industries, with specific experience in manufacturing environments being a plus.

Sales Skills:

Strong sales techniques, negotiation skills, and a proven track record of meeting and exceeding targets.

Communication:

Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills to interact with clients and internal teams.

Technical Proficiency:

Ability to use computers, sales systems, and relevant software for tasks such as order processing and report generation.

Other Skills:

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, strong organizational skills, and flexibility to work varied schedules.
