Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven

Sales Manager

to lead our sales team, grow revenue, and expand our market presence.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve company targets. Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients. Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base. Monitor sales performance and prepare regular reports.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field. Proven experience in Printing Industry. Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills. Target-driven with excellent business development skills.
