1. Education
Bachelor's degree
in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.Master's degree (optional but preferred)
in Business Administration (MBA) for senior roles.?
2. Experience
3-5 years
of proven experience in sales (for junior manager roles).5-10+ years
for senior or regional/national sales manager position. Full Experience with the Hotels Hospitality industry In Dubai- Sharjah - Ajman is a must.
Experience inmanaging teams
, setting sales targets, and achieving quotas.?
3. KPIs Knowledge
Ability to monitor and manage: Revenue targets Conversion rates Pipeline performance Client retention

4. Skills
Strategic and Technical:Sales strategy development Forecasting & reporting Market analysis

Sales certifications such as:
Certified Professional Sales Leader (CPSL)
