to join our dynamic hospitality team in Sharjah. The ideal candidate must have a
proven track record in hotel sales within the Sharjah market
and strong relationships with key corporate, travel trade, and MICE clients in the region.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue and meet occupancy targets.
Identify new business opportunities within the Sharjah market.
Maintain and expand strong relationships with existing corporate, travel agency, and group clients.
Conduct regular sales visits, presentations, and client meetings.
Coordinate with revenue, marketing, and operations teams to ensure seamless guest experience.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and adjust strategies accordingly.
Prepare and present regular sales reports and forecasts to management.
Represent the hotel at networking events, exhibitions, and trade shows.
Requirements:
Minimum 3-5 years of hotel sales experience specifically in the Sharjah market
(This is mandatory).
Strong network of corporate and travel trade contacts in Sharjah.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
UAE driving license preferred.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Hospitality, or related field is a plus.
