Job Description

We're looking for a Technical Sales Engineer to join our growing team and help deliver exceptional fit-out solutions across commercial, residential, and hospitality sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the fit-out and joinery market. Meet clients, assess project requirements, and propose tailored technical solutions. Collaborate with design, estimation, and project teams to develop proposals and cost estimates. Prepare and deliver persuasive technical presentations and commercial offers. Conduct site visits and liaise with consultants, contractors, and clients. Negotiate and close deals to meet revenue targets. Maintain strong client relationships throughout the project lifecycle.
What we are looking for :

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Architecture. 3-5 years of technical sales experience in the fit-out/construction industry. Strong knowledge of interior fit-out works, joinery services. Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED6,500.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
