Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven

Sales Manager

to lead our sales efforts in the marble industry, with a strong focus on project-based sales. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in B2B sales, building relationships with contractors, architects, developers, and interior designers. This role requires strategic planning, market analysis, and effective negotiation skills to drive revenue growth and ensure successful project execution.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute sales strategies to secure marble supply contracts for large-scale construction and interior design projects. Identify new business opportunities and establish relationships with key decision-makers in the construction and design industries. Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals, ensuring smooth project execution. Collaborate with internal teams, including production, logistics, and finance, to ensure timely delivery and client satisfaction. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay ahead of industry trends and pricing strategies. Negotiate pricing, contracts, and payment terms with clients while maintaining profitability. Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and project updates to senior management. Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to expand the company's presence in the market.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field. Minimum of 4

years

of sales experience in the marble, stone, or construction materials industry. Proven track record in project-based sales and managing B2B relationships. Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills. Ability to read and interpret architectural plans and specifications is a plus. Self-motivated with excellent organizational and leadership skills. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. Willingness to travel as needed.
