Job Description

A leading perfume manufacturing and sales company is seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Manager to lead its sales department. The Sales Manager will be fully responsible for building and managing a sales team of their own selection and will be accountable for the performance and results of the team. This role involves setting and achieving sales targets, developing market strategies, and expanding the customer base.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement sales strategies in line with the company's goals and objectives. Recruit, train, and manage the sales team; ensure the selection of qualified and effective sales personnel. Monitor and evaluate the performance of the sales team, providing support, motivation, and guidance. Analyze sales reports and provide actionable recommendations to improve sales performance. Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners. Collaborate with the marketing department on promotional campaigns and participation in exhibitions or events. Prepare periodic reports for management regarding market trends, competition, and performance. Ensure that monthly and annual sales targets are met. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures within the sales team. Conduct market visits and fieldwork as needed.

Qualifications and Requirements:

Minimum 6 years of proven experience in sales management, preferably in perfumes or luxury products. Strong leadership skills and ability to make strategic decisions. Excellent negotiation and client relationship skills. Proficient in sales analytics and reporting tools. Valid driver's license is required. Strong communication skills in both Arabic and English.

Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
