Job Summary:

Power Sign is seeking a dynamic and driven

Sales Manager

to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have experience in signage, advertising, or a related industry and will be responsible for generating leads, building client relationships, and closing sales for our signage, LED display, and advertising solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Actively seek out new business opportunities through field visits, calls, emails, and networking. Understand client needs and recommend suitable signage and branding solutions. Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals tailored to the client. Close deals and achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. Build and maintain long-term client relationships to ensure repeat business. Coordinate with the design and production teams to ensure timely delivery and installation. Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies. Represent Power Sign at exhibitions, trade shows, and networking events. Maintain a database of clients and leads using CRM tools or Excel. Follow up on payments and ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

Proven sales experience in signage, advertising, printing, or a related industry (minimum 1-2 years preferred). Strong understanding of signage materials, LED systems, cladding, ACP, and branding elements is a plus. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently. Fluent in English; Arabic or Hindi/Urdu is an advantage. Valid UAE driving license is preferred. Basic proficiency in MS Office and quotation preparation.
