Job Overview:

We are seeking a

Sales Manager with an engineering background

who can handle both the sales process and construction site management. This dual-role position requires someone with strong technical knowledge, leadership skills, and excellent communication to manage both client relationships and on-site execution.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and pursue new sales opportunities in the swimming pool construction sector. Meet with potential clients to assess project requirements and provide expert technical advice. Prepare and present quotations, proposals, and contracts. Oversee site activities, ensuring quality and timely project delivery. Supervise and coordinate workers and subcontractors at various construction sites. Ensure all work complies with engineering standards and safety regulations. Act as a bridge between the client, site team, and company management. Report regularly on project progress and sales performance. Help develop sales strategies and marketing initiatives to boost company visibility.

Requirements:

Engineering degree (Civil, Mechanical, or related field) is mandatory.

Minimum 2 years experience in sales or site/project management, preferably in swimming pool or construction industries. Strong technical understanding of construction processes and materials. Proven ability to manage workers and handle site operations. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Ability to work both in an office and at outdoor construction sites. Must be self-motivated, energetic, and capable of working independently. UAE driving license Required. Fluency in English is required; other languages are an asset.
