We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager with over 8 years of proven success in sales. The ideal candidate will be fluent in both Arabic and English, with a third language being a strong advantage. Responsibilities:
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company objectives.
Manage and lead the sales team to meet or exceed sales targets.
Build and maintain relationships with key clients and prospects.
Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and trends.
Prepare and deliver sales presentations to prospective clients.
Monitor and analyze sales performance and adjust strategies as necessary.
Report directly to senior management on sales metrics and progress.
Requirements:
More than 8 years of experience in a sales management role.
Fluency in both Arabic and English is a must; fluency in a third language is a plus.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Experience in Nutrition and supplements is a plus.
