Job Responsibilities:

- Constantly visit the area to serve assigned clients and procure new ones, help with information and data necessary for the best success of the sales activity according to company\'s marketing strategies.

- Provide reports on weekly basis reflecting on duties and activities.

- Protect the interests of the company, act dutifully and in good faith, fulfilling the duties as per instructions received. Provide management with information regarding market conditions, the competition, the conduct and solvency of clients with specific and careful checks useful for evaluating the suitability of each business affair.

- Achieve the best sales results, while organizing and carrying out the activities.

- Visit clients with continuity, constantly checking their solvency and keeping the team and management. informed on the progress of its activity.

- Promptly send the orders and communicate accurately the conditions of sale to clients.

- Debt collection is an integral part of duties and that shall be done promptly. Push clients to make payments by sending them payment reminders and visit their offices to push them to make payments of expired invoices. Commissions shall be paid only after the full payment against that invoice has been completed.

- Handle the promotional activities required by company to enhance the products and the brand in the area.

- Promptly communicate every complaint or dispute concerning a flaw or defect in the goods and to follow the company\'s instructions on such complaints.

- The Sales Manager shall cover while fulfilling his duties clientele of the following nature: kitchen\'s studios and manufacturers, joinery companies, trading companies of building materials, consultants, architects, interior designers, interior fit out contractors, personal buyers, and any other entity/ person who may prove to be potential for generating business.

- Facilitate sales transactions, be present if needed at the warehouse for loading until material is delivered.

Job Requirements:

- Minimum 5 years of sales experience within the marble, construction, building material trading industry.

- Must be confident and target driven sales professional.
