Sales Manager - SaaS - Dubai $200k OTE (50/50) Our client is a market leader in their field, working with enterprise companies in a wide variety of sectors. They are now looking for a successful individual to take them to the next level through driving results and the hiring of experienced people. This is a rare opportunity to work with an outstanding leadership team and thus, should not be missed. The Role \xe2\x80\xa2 Be responsible for the growth, training and development of the sales team \xe2\x80\xa2 Carry a personal quota which you will be expected to exceed \xe2\x80\xa2 Sell directly to large enterprise brands across the GCC as well as managing channel partners \xe2\x80\xa2 Work closely with VP EMEA to continue to grow your team \xe2\x80\xa2 Negotiate with multiple contact points within a business to gain the trust and buy-in of CXO

Requirements
Desired Skills and Experience \xe2\x80\xa2 Proven sales experience at C-Level selling direct with large enterprise customers \xe2\x80\xa2 Experience in selling SaaS \xe2\x80\xa2 Experience in managing a team \xe2\x80\xa2 Management experience in the GCC / UAE / Dubai \xe2\x80\xa2 An understanding of the skills and attributes it takes to be successful in a start-up environment \xe2\x80\xa2 A driven approach, determined for success
