We are seeking an experienced and highly organized

Transport Manager Heavy Machinery field

to oversee daily transportation operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing fleet operations, drivers, routes, and ensuring timely, safe, and cost-effective transportation services.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage daily transport operations and fleet scheduling Supervise drivers, conduct briefings, and monitor performance Ensure vehicle maintenance, inspections, and legal compliance Plan routes to optimize efficiency and reduce costs Handle customer coordination and resolve operational issues Monitor fuel usage, expenses, and operational budgets Prepare reports on fleet performance and operations

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in logistics, transport management, or related field (preferred) Proven 10 years of experience as a Transport / Sales & Operations Manager Strong leadership and team management skills Knowledge of transport regulations and safety standards Excellent problem-solving and communication skills Proficiency in MS Office and transport management systems

Salary & Benefits:

AED 15,000 (Performance based incentives)
Employment visa & other benefits: Provided by the company as per UAE Labor Law
