Key Responsibilities
Lead, manage, and motivate the sales team to achieve sales targets.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase property sales.
Train, guide, and support agents in lead generation, client handling, and closing deals.
Monitor team performance and provide regular feedback & performance reports.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, developers, and partners.
Oversee the entire sales cycle--from lead generation to deal closure.
Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and trends.
Ensure the sales team follows company policies and professional standards.
Organize and participate in property viewings, open houses, and client meetings.
Collaborate with marketing to create campaigns that support sales goals.
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue and team targets.
Requirements
Minimum
3-5 years of real estate sales experience
in the UAE (managerial experience preferred).
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
Deep understanding of the UAE real estate market and property laws.
Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
Valid UAE driving license (preferred).
Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.
