We are seeking an experienced and results-driven

Sales Manager

to join our dynamic real estate team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in real estate sales, strong leadership skills, and the ability to motivate and manage a high-performing sales team.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead, train, and mentor a team of real estate agents to achieve sales targets. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth. Oversee daily sales operations and monitor team performance. Build and maintain strong client relationships through excellent customer service. Identify new business opportunities and expand the company's market presence. Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis for management. Ensure compliance with company policies and real estate regulations.

Requirements:

Minimum

2-3 years of proven experience

in real estate sales and team management. Strong knowledge of the real estate market, trends, and regulations. Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills. Ability to lead, inspire, and manage a team effectively. Strong organizational and time management skills. Proficiency in CRM systems and MS Office applications. Valid UAE driving license (preferred if in UAE).
