Sales Leadership: Provide strategic direction and leadership to a high-performance sales team, ensuring the achievement and surpassing of revenue targets in the dynamic real estate market.
Revenue Target Management: Develop, implement, and monitor effective sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue objectives, contributing to sustainable growth and a robust market presence.
Investment Procurement: Lead initiatives to secure investments, leveraging your expertise to attract prospective clients and key stakeholders.
Team Building: Recruit, train, and manage a proficient sales team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
Deal Execution: Independently secure executive deals, showcasing your personal acumen in real estate transactions.
Agent Recruitment: Oversee the hiring and management of real estate agents, ensuring a skilled and motivated team to drive results.
Lead Management: Work closely on dealing with leads generated, implementing effective lead conversion strategies.
Authorized Dealership: Secure authorized dealership agreements with developers, enhancing the portfolio of available properties.
Inventory Management: Oversee the addition and management of inventory, ensuring a diverse and attractive range of real estate offerings.
Qualifications:
Experience: Minimum 6 to 8 years of proven success in real estate sales management.
Networking Skills: Exceptional ability to cultivate and maintain relationships with clients, investors, and industry professionals.
Strategic Thinking: Demonstrated proficiency in developing and executing strategic plans to drive sales and achieve financial goals.
