Job Summary
The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving revenue growth for our
locally manufactured 3D printing filaments
by developing B2B sales channels, managing key accounts, expanding distributor networks, and leading the overall sales strategy across the UAE and GCC markets and all over the world.

manufacturing sales

technical products
, and
customer relationship management
, with a focus on long-term partnerships and sustainable growth.
Key Responsibilities Sales Strategy & Business Development
Develop and implement sales strategies to increase market share for 3D printing filaments (PLA, PETG, ABS, TPU, Engineering Filaments, etc.)
Identify and onboard new distributors, resellers, and B2B clients (industrial, educational, prototyping, and manufacturing sectors)
Expand sales opportunities in UAE and GCC markets
Key Account Management
Manage and grow relationships with existing key customers and distributors
Negotiate pricing, contracts, payment terms, and long-term supply agreements
Ensure customer satisfaction, retention, and repeat business
Market & Competitor Analysis
Monitor market trends, pricing, and competitor activities
Provide insights and recommendations to management for product positioning and new product development
Support branding and promotional activities in coordination with marketing
Sales Operations & Reporting
Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and monthly performance reports
Coordinate with production, logistics, and finance teams to ensure timely order fulfillment
Maintain accurate sales records and CRM updates
Qualifications & Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field
Minimum
5-8 years of experience
in B2B sales, preferably in
manufacturing, industrial products, or 3D printing
Strong understanding of
3D printing materials and applications
(preferred)
Proven track record in achieving and exceeding sales targets
Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills
Experience in UAE/GCC markets is a strong advantage
Proficient in CRM systems, MS Office, and sales reporting tools
Valid UAE driving license preferred
