Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement sales plans to achieve monthly and annual revenue targets
Generate new business and manage existing corporate, leisure, and group accounts
Conduct sales calls, site inspections, and client meetings
Negotiate contracts, rates, and agreements in line with hotel guidelines
Coordinate with Revenue, Reservations, Front Office, and Events teams
Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and market analysis
Represent the hotel at networking events, trade shows, and sales activities
Ensure accurate account documentation and CRM updates
Requirements:
Minimum
3-5 years experience
in hotel sales or hospitality sales
Proven track record in achieving sales targets
Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
Knowledge of the local market and corporate/leisure segments
Proficiency in MS Office; CRM or hotel systems experience is an advantage
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
