Key Responsibilities:



1. Sales Targets & Strategy:Achieve monthly/quarterly sales quotas for LG home air conditioners Develop and execute revenue plans (120-day forecasting) for key accounts Expand LG's RAC coverage across all channel in the GCC market Provide competitive intelligence and market trends to headquarters


2. Account Management:Build and maintain relationships with distributors, retailers, and end-customers Create account-specific promotional plans (120 days in advance) Conduct weekly reviews of inventory, ad plans, and competitor activities


3.Market Expansion & Branding:Ensure consistent brand messaging across all channels (flyers, digital, in-store) Identify growth opportunities through gap analysis and market research


4. Administrative & Operational Support:Resolve order fulfillment issues (RA/DOA, credit concerns) Maintain updated market analysis worksheets and revenue reports Collaborate with logistics/order fulfillment teams for smooth operations


5. Self-Development:Stay updated on industry trends, competitor products, and LG innovations Complete training on LG product knowledge and sales tools


6.RAC B2B Sales Competency:Manage B2B sales pipelines for RAC (Residential Air Conditioning) products Conduct market analysis and forecasting for B2B accounts Resolve B2B order and delivery issues (e.g., credit holds, backorders)

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent 5+ years of sales experience in RAC or home appliances (RAC experience preferred) Fluent in English (Arabic proficiency is a plus) Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (forecasting, data analysis) Ability to negotiate and manage multi-level stakeholder relationships

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in the Middle East market (UAE/GCC preferred) Knowledge of GCC's real estate/construction sector (key AC demand driver) CRM software experience (e.g., Salesforce)
