Key Responsibilities

  • Support clients in planning meetings, conferences, weddings, and special events
  • Prepare sales activity reports, revenue updates, and market trend analyses
  • Collaborate with marketing to develop promotional materials and targeted packages
  • Gather and evaluate customer feedback to enhance service quality
  • Represent the hotel at trade shows, industry events, and networking functions
  • Stay updated on industry standards and evolving sales techniques
  • Assist with sales budget preparation, monitoring, and cost control
Ideal Profile
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Proactive and results-driven approach to meeting sales targets
  • Valid UAE driving license
  • Experience with CVENT or similar event management platforms
  • Proven MICE and events sales experience in the UAE market
  • Proficiency with Opera Sales and Catering
  • Fluency in Arabic; additional languages are an advantage
