Job Description

Position Summary:

The Sales Manager will lead, plan, and execute the company's sales strategy across designated domestic and international territories. This role is responsible for driving revenue growth, expanding the customer base, and ensuring strong market penetration aligned with the company's product offerings. The position oversees both direct and agent-led sales operations, ensuring consistent alignment with business objectives and market dynamics.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets in both existing and new markets. Identify and pursue new business opportunities, with a strong focus on building a sustainable domestic client base and expanding international reach. Conduct market analysis to define territory-specific plans, evaluate feasibility, and guide decision-making on product positioning and pricing. Lead and mentor the international sales team, set performance goals, and review progress through regular sales reports and performance metrics. Coordinate with marketing teams to align promotional activities with sales goals and ensure effective lead generation and conversion. Spearhead sales initiatives, including technical presentations, order confirmation processes, product approval efforts, and post-sales client servicing. Ensure compliance with local and international product regulations, pricing strategies, and logistics (including shipping and documentation). Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and in client meetings to reinforce brand presence and client relationships. Contribute to the development of training materials and educational tools to enhance team performance and product knowledge.

Requirements:

Proven experience in leading sales teams across international and domestic markets. Strong track record in achieving and exceeding sales targets and managing complex sales cycles. Deep understanding of market trends, customer behavior, and product positioning strategies. Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills. Willingness to travel internationally as needed.

Pay: AED15,000.00 - AED20,000.00 per month
