industry? We're seeking a dynamic leader to join our team in the

UAE

and drive our market presence and revenue growth.

In this pivotal role, you'll be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, fostering strong relationships with key stakeholders across the construction sector, and ensuring the successful delivery of projects from inception to completion. If you have deep technical knowledge of precast concrete solutions and a passion for exceeding targets, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities Include:

Developing and implementing comprehensive sales strategies. Identifying and securing new business opportunities. Building and maintaining strong client relationships (contractors, developers, consultants, architects). Providing technical expertise and guidance on precast solutions. Collaborating with internal teams to ensure project success.

What We're Looking For:

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Business, or a related field. 5-7+ years of progressive sales experience in precast concrete or related building materials in the UAE. Strong technical understanding of precast concrete elements. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
