Black & Grey HR is hiring for a global leader in manufacturing, driving innovation across the chemical and polyurethane sector. We're looking for a results-driven Sales Manager to lead business growth and manage key clients across Dubai and African markets.
What You'll Do
- Build and execute strategic sales plans to expand the polyurethane product line.
- Develop strong pipelines by identifying and securing new clients across Africa.
- Maintain trusted partnerships with existing customers while unlocking new opportunities.
- Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitor moves to guide decisions.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing to maximize profitability and customer satisfaction.
- Partner with internal teams to ensure smooth order execution and service excellence.
- Deliver accurate forecasts and business intelligence for leadership decisions.
- Travel across regions to strengthen client relationships and grow market share.
Requirements
- Bachelor's in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Business, or related field.
- 3-5 years of proven success in polyurethane sales or chemical trading.
- Hands-on experience managing African market operations.
- Strong commercial acumen and deep understanding of industrial and specialty chemicals.
- Excellent negotiation, relationship management, and communication skills.
- Self-driven, target-oriented, and ready to lead with energy and ownership.
