: Sales Manager (Pharmaceuticals) Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager with a strong background in the pharmaceutical industry to lead our sales team and drive business growth. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successful sales management, exceptional leadership skills, and a deep understanding and good connection in the pharmaceutical market(UAE). Responsibilities: \xc2\xb7 Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed sales targets for pharmaceutical products. \xc2\xb7 Lead, coach, and mentor the sales team to deliver outstanding performance and exceed set goals. \xc2\xb7 Identify new market opportunities, trends, and potential clients within the pharmaceutical sector. \xc2\xb7 Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, healthcare professionals, and institutions. \xc2\xb7 Collaborate with marketing teams to align sales strategies with product promotions and campaigns. \xc2\xb7 Monitor and analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement and develop effective sales strategies. \xc2\xb7 Prepare and present sales forecasts, reports, and recommendations to upper management. \xc2\xb7 Participate in industry events, conferences, and exhibitions to enhance the company\'s presence and network. \xc2\xb7 Provide market feedback and insights to contribute to product development and improvements. \xc2\xb7 Ensure adherence to all pharmaceutical regulations, industry standards, and ethical practices. Qualifications: \xc2\xb7 Bachelor\'s degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Business Administration, or related field (MBA preferred). \xc2\xb7 Proven experience as a Sales Manager within the pharmaceutical industry. \xc2\xb7 Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical products, market dynamics, and industry trends. \xc2\xb7 Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. \xc2\xb7 Ability to motivate and inspire a sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets. \xc2\xb7 Excellent negotiation, presentation, and networking abilities. \xc2\xb7 Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software. \xc2\xb7 Adept at analyzing sales data and identifying opportunities for growth. \xc2\xb7 Familiarity with pharmaceutical regulations and compliance. \xc2\xb7 Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving business objectives. \xc2\xb7 Valid driver\'s license and willingness to travel as needed.
