Position Summary:
The Sales Manager (Off Plan) would lead the Off Plan team at NIP in Dubai. The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales, managing a team of property consultants and ensuring the success of the Off plan property sales initiatives are well achieved.
Key Responsibilities:
Team Leadership: Lead and motivate the Off plan Sales Team to achieve and exceed sales targets.
Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to maximize off plan property sales.
Client Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing excellent customer service and delight throughout the sales process.
Market Analysis: Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify opportunities.
Training and Development: Train and develop team members to enhance their sales skills and product knowledge.
Reporting: Prepare regular sales reports and provide insights to senior management.
Target Achievement: Monitor team performance and ensure to review KPIs and take corrective actions to ensure targets are met or adhered to and even exceed expectation.
Compliance: Ensure compliance with company policies, regulations, and ethical standards.
Pre-requisites:
Proven experience in real estate sales with a minimum of 8-10 years, of which 3 years in a leadership role ideally.
Strong understanding of the Dubai real estate market and the off plan property sales.
Excellent communication, networking and negotiation skills.
Good team management and interpersonal abilities.
Results-driven with an excellent track record and commercially astute.
Must be a go-getter, dynamic with a passion for sales.
