Your Role
Acquire new clients through proactive outreach by phone and email.
Analyze client needs and provide tailored, high-value solutions.
Manage your own pipeline, follow up consistently, and achieve (or exceed) your targets.
Create offers that align perfectly with customer goals and business needs.
Continuously refine processes and offers to drive client success.
Collaborate closely with Presetters and Setters, supporting them professionally and through effective sales guidance.
What You Bring
Strong passion for sales and excellent communication skills.
Proven track record in B2B or service sales with measurable success.
Self-driven mindset, ownership mentality, and a structured way of working.
Motivation to grow through challenges and achieve top results.
Excellent German skills (written and spoken).
Ideally, first-hand experience in e-commerce or Shopify (a plus, not required).
Commitment to ongoing professional development and learning.
