Job Description

Key Responsibilities:



Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company revenue targets Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to improve performance Manage key accounts and maintain strong relationships with healthcare institutions Identify new market opportunities and expand the customer base Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer insights Prepare sales forecasts, performance reports, and market analysis Coordinate with marketing and operations teams to ensure alignment Ensure compliance with company policies and healthcare industry regulations

Requirements & Qualifications:



5-7 years of experience

in the healthcare or medical sales industry Proven experience in a

sales leadership or managerial role

Bachelor's Degree

in Business, Marketing, Life Sciences, or a related field Strong leadership, negotiation, and strategic planning skills Excellent communication and team management abilities Ability to work under pressure and meet targets Valid driving license
