Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders in fintech, banking, and government.
Conduct market research and track industry trends, competition, and opportunities in Oman.
Develop sales strategies for different segments and regions, focusing on both new and existing clients.
Expand Paymob's presence across Oman's governorates and support brand visibility.
Share market feedback with product and marketing teams to shape offerings.
Identify and drive strategic partnerships with businesses, financial institutions, and gateways.
Own the sales pipeline, drive closures, and achieve KPIs.
Maintain accurate CRM records and oversee sales processes end-to-end.
Work cross-functionally to ensure seamless implementation and customer experience.
Stay informed on market trends, competition, and regulatory updates.
Who You Are:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or similar.
Previous experience in sales, business development, or account management (preferably in fintech/payments/tech).
Proven ability to manage and close deals across multiple segments.
Strong understanding of the Omani market and local business environment.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Self-driven, proactive, and comfortable working independently or with teams.
Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset.
Fluency in English and Arabic preferred.
