Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Sales Professional to lead and expand our business operations in the Middle East, based out of our Dubai office. The ideal candidate should come with a strong background in engineering, a proven track record in B2B industrial sales, and deep market knowledge of the steel and metallurgy sector. This role is critical in driving growth, developing strategic partnerships, and managing key accounts in the GCC and broader MENA region.

Key Responsibilities:

Drive sales and business development activities across the Middle East region with a focus on the steel and metallurgy industries.

Identify, approach, and engage potential clients including steel plants, foundries, and trading houses.

Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships to ensure repeat business and client satisfaction.

Conduct technical presentations and product demonstrations for industrial solutions, especially related to steelmaking consumables and equipment.

Collaborate with the technical and product development teams to ensure alignment with customer requirements.

Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to adapt sales strategies accordingly.

Participate in industry exhibitions, trade shows, and business forums to enhance brand visibility.

Prepare accurate sales forecasts, budgets, and reports for senior management.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in engineering (Mechanical/Metallurgical preferred); MBA is a plus.

Based in Dubai.

10-12 years of experience in technical sales within the steel, metallurgy, or industrial consumables industry.

Strong understanding of the steel manufacturing process, particularly in the Middle East market.

Existing network of clients and contacts within the steel and foundry sectors in the GCC region.

Proven negotiation and deal-closing skills with large B2B industrial clients.

Excellent communication and presentation abilities in English (Arabic is a plus).

Willingness to travel extensively within the region which will include Oman, Saudi Arabia, Bahrain, Qatar & Kuwait.

Age: 30-32 preferred.

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
