Job Description

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Develop a personal sales strategy based on the company\'s overseas strategic plan and annual business objectives. Implement the strategy and facilitate the realization of overseas client orders, both domestically and abroad.
Collaborate with other departments/roles to organize and employ various sales methods that can help expand the customer base on a global scale. Achieve sales targets and revenue collection goals.
Establish and maintain customer relationships while fostering positive cooperation with upstream and downstream partners.
Work in coordination with relevant departments to participate in key customer/project tenders or contract negotiations. Responsible for the approval of standard contracts.
Regularly conduct market research and analysis in areas such as overseas workforce outsourcing, customized projects, solutions, and systems integration. Stay informed about market dynamics and demonstrate excellent communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
Gain an in-depth understanding of the industry, stay updated on the latest sales information, and provide strategic insights to relevant departments/roles for business development and pricing strategies.

ESSENTIAL SKILLS / EXPERIENCE

A bachelor\'s degree or higher qualification with no specific major required, proficiency in the local language of existing client resources, and basic proficiency in Mandarin for occasional communication with resources based in China, HQ. This role involves market expansion and daily business activities in countries with potential client resources or existing clients.
Over 5 years of sales experience in the IT industry, including a minimum of 2 years in sales of IT products, solutions, IT outsourcing, or system integration.
Existing client resources in the Asia-Pacific and Middle East regions, particularly in sectors such as energy, manufacturing, chemicals, finance, and communication/mobile manufacturers, are necessary. Experience in marketing Manufacturing Execution System (MES) products or solutions is a plus.
Strong capabilities in client development, public relations, maintenance, as well as effective team coordination and management.
The ability to cultivate existing clients deeply and independently explore new client opportunities.
Strong communication skills, a sense of responsibility, excellent customer service orientation, strong teamwork, and the ability to handle pressure.
Willingness to travel is required.
