Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage daily sales activities to achieve property sales and booking objectives
  • Collaborate with sales leadership to understand and execute segment-specific sales strategies
  • Develop and implement sales plans addressing revenue targets, customer mix, and market opportunities
  • Support development and execution of internal and external promotions
  • Set and achieve personal booking goals and recommend booking goals for sales team members
  • Monitor day-to-day activities of direct reports and provide guidance and support
  • Participate in sales calls to acquire new business and close opportunities
  • Execute operational aspects of booked business including proposals, contracts, and customer correspondence
  • Analyze market data using sales systems to achieve room and catering revenue goals
  • Support revenue management with accurate forecasting and six-period projections
  • Review guest satisfaction results and identify opportunities for service and performance improvement
  • Demonstrate leadership in guest hospitality and uphold brand and customer service standards
  • Engage with guests before, during, and after events to ensure satisfaction and loyalty
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including off-property sales channels
  • Attend customer events, trade shows, and sales missions to develop and sustain key accounts
  • Support recruitment, training, and development of sales team members using available training tools
Ideal Profile
  • 2-year degree in business administration, marketing, hotel and restaurant management, or related field with at least three years of sales or marketing experience
  • Or a 4-year bachelor's degree in a related field with at least one year of sales or marketing experience
  • Proven ability to drive revenue growth and manage customer relationships
  • Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
  • Analytical mindset with experience using sales and forecasting systems
  • Ability to operate effectively in a luxury hospitality environment
