The ideal candidate understands the regional construction landscape, is comfortable conducting technical consultations, and can confidently arrange equipment demonstrations for clients.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development & Sales
Identify, pursue, and secure new B2B sales opportunities for machinery and construction equipment across the UAE and GCC
Build strong relationships with construction and contracting companies; fit-out and interior contracting firms; equipment dealers, distributors, and rental companies; ndustrial and project-based clients
Conduct market research to uncover new segments, tenders, and project opportunities
Prepare and deliver proposals, quotations, and commercial offers
Maintain a healthy sales pipeline with clear targets and reporting
Technical & Product Engagement
Arrange and conduct equipment demonstrations at client sites or our Dubai warehouse
Provide technical consultations and product explanations to support client decision-making
Collaborate with service teams to ensure accurate technical delivery
Project & Client Management
Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to delivery and handover
Coordinate with operations, logistics, and service teams to ensure smooth execution
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the sales and delivery process
Ensure timelines, quality standards, and customer expectations are consistently met
Qualifications & Skills
Minimum
5 years of experience
in B2B machinery, construction equipment, or industrial sales
Engineering background (mechanical, electrical, or related field preferred)
Strong understanding of the construction and fit-out industry in the GCC
Proven track record in business development and project-based sales
Valid UAE driving license (mandatory)
Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, business-development-heavy environment
