Job Title: Sales Manager
Reports To: CEO
Direct Reports: Sales Team
Job Overview:
The Sales Manager will lead and motivate the sales team to drive revenue growth, manage client relationships, and expand market share for the company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Strategy: Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets.
- Team Leadership: Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team goals.
- Customer Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners.
- Market Analysis: Monitor industry trends and competitor activity to identify new business opportunities.
- Reporting: Track sales performance and report on KPIs to senior management.
- Education: Bachelors degree in Sales, Marketing, or related field.
- Experience: 3+ years in sales, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
- Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
