Role Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager to drive business growth, develop new client relationships, and manage sales operations for our large-scale printing projects. The ideal candidate will have strong B2B sales experience and a proven track record in managing high-value projects.
Key Responsibilities:

• Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities in Abu Dhabi and the wider UAE.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, agencies, and stakeholders.
• Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations and proposals.
• Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients.
• Collaborate with operations and production teams to ensure client requirements are met.
• Monitor sales targets and report performance to senior management.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitors, and emerging technologies in large-format printing.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
• Minimum 3-5 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in printing, signage, or large-format advertising.
• Strong understanding of large-scale printing solutions for buildings, vehicles, and malls.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and clients simultaneously.
• Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset.
