Job Description
Responsibilities
oLead sales of ECM, DMS, workflow, BPM, and automation solutions
oBuild, qualify, and close a strong pipeline across enterprise and government accounts
oOwn complex opportunities with long sales cycles and multi-stakeholder decision making
oDeliver forecasts, targets, and revenue growth with disciplined reporting and CRM hygiene
oManage and position the relevant product portfolio with strong solution fitment

Education Degree
: Bachelor
Major
: Business Administration, Marketing, IT or a related field (MBA is a plus)
Experience
Years of Experience
: 7 - 10 Years
Field of Experience
: o Preferred 7-10 years in ECM, DMS, BPM, workflow, or digital transformation platforms
o Proven track record in selling ECM and digital transformation software
Skills
oStrong solution-based selling, negotiation, and closing skills
oStrong experience engaging enterprise and government customers
oClear understanding of compliance, governance, security, and process automation
oConfidence presenting to CIOs, IT Directors, and senior business leaders
