- Responsible for company channel sales (Hyper/Super/Petrol Station).
- To develop and implement a Sales & Marketing strategy in coordination with the operation department to ensure the achievement of the target/budget.
- To develop business with new distributors (Lulu and Spinneys, among others)
- To structure and manage a sales department.
- To report to GM/COMEX/ and present report to BOARD.
Responsibilities:
- PL - UAE MT Sales Department.
- Sales team. Structuring sales team and ensuring team performance including Sales & Margin.
- Commercial development. Developing product range in liaison with Marketing Department Negotiating promotions with distributors. Monitoring implementation and teams.
- Asset & merchandising. Ensuring quality standards of outlets.
- Client relationship. Developing business.
Skills:
- Experience in sales/account management and retail/MT industry.
- Language: English, French, Arabic are a plus.
- Computer: perfect knowledge of Windows & MS Office + ERP
