Minimum 7-10 years of relevant experience in urea or related chemical/agrochemical productsKey Responsibilities:
Lead Generation:
Identify and generate new B2B leads for urea through online and offline channels.Sales Growth:
Achieve sales targets and drive business expansion in urea volume and value.Price Negotiation & Order Confirmation:
Negotiate pricing with clients and ensure successful order closure.Sales Strategy Planning & Execution:
Develop and implement effective sales plans for urea distribution.Team Leadership:
Manage and mentor a team of marketing professionals for urea sales.Market Research:
Monitor market trends, competitor pricing, and emerging opportunities in urea sales.Product Knowledge:
Maintain in-depth understanding of urea products, applications, and market dynamics.Travel:
Travel to cities and states as required for marketing and client meetings (15-20 days per month).End-to-End Sales Activities:
Oversee the full sales cycle from lead generation to order closure, including timely collection of payments.Event Management:
Plan and execute product launches, trade shows, and marketing events focused on urea.Required Skills & Competencies:
Communication:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Industry Experience:
Proven experience in urea sales or related agrochemical/chemical industries.Flexibility to Travel:
Willingness to travel 15-20 days per month.Market Knowledge:
