Job Summary:

As the Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic sales plans, managing the sales team, and driving performance to meet and exceed targets. You will play a key leadership role in client relationship management, lead generation, team training, and market analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead, mentor, and manage a team of real estate sales agents

Set clear objectives, monitor performance, and ensure the achievement of sales targets

Develop and implement sales strategies and campaigns to increase market share

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, developers, and partners

Monitor local real estate market trends and competitor activity

Provide ongoing coaching, training, and motivation to the sales team

Prepare and present regular sales reports and forecasts to senior management

Collaborate with marketing to generate qualified leads and drive brand awareness

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Sales Manager or Team Lead in the real estate industry

Strong understanding of local property markets and real estate practices

Exceptional leadership, communication, and negotiation skills

Results-driven with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals

Ability to analyze data and make strategic decisions

Professional appearance and strong interpersonal skills

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field (preferred)
