Role Overview
We are seeking a
results-driven Sales Manager
with strong experience in
exhibitions, events, and large-scale fit-out projects
, specializing in
government and international accounts
. The role carries a
minimum annual revenue target of AED 3 million and above
, and requires a proactive hunter mindset combined with long-term account management skills.
The ideal candidate has proven success in closing high-value projects, strong access to decision-makers, and a deep understanding of the exhibitions and events ecosystem.
Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Revenue Growth
Achieve and exceed
annual sales targets of AED 3M+
.
Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities within exhibitions, events, and property-related projects.
Prepare and deliver tailored proposals, presentations, and commercial offers.
Government & Key Accounts
Manage and grow
government, semi-government, and authority accounts
.
Handle tendering processes, RFPs, RFQs, pre-qualifications, and vendor registrations.
Maintain strong relationships with ministries, authorities, embassies, and government-linked entities.
International Business Development
Develop and manage relationships with
international clients, agencies, and global brands
.
Support cross-border exhibition projects and international event participation.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution for international clients.
Client Relationship Management
Act as the primary point of contact from lead generation through project delivery.
Ensure customer satisfaction, repeat business, and long-term partnerships.
Work closely with design, production, and project teams to align on scope and timelines.
Market Intelligence & Strategy
Monitor market trends, competitors, and upcoming exhibitions/events.
Identify strategic partnerships and opportunities for market expansion.
Provide accurate sales forecasts and pipeline reports to management.
Required Experience & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
5+ years of proven sales experience
in
exhibitions, events, fit-out, or experiential marketing
.
Strong experience handling
government and semi-government accounts in the UAE
.
Proven ability to close
high-value projects (AED 500K+ per deal)
.
Existing network within exhibitions, events, and property sectors is a strong advantage.
