WHAT YOU WILL DO
As our Sales Manager, you will be a pivotal leader in our growth journey. Your responsibilities will include:
Lead and Develop: Manage the onboarding and continuous training programs for our sales team members.
Drive Revenue: Own the sales team's revenue targets, strategizing and executing to meet and exceed goals.
Collaborate for Growth: Work closely with the marketing team to align strategies and ensure a seamless lead-to-sale process.
Build & Optimize Processes: Implement and refine existing sales processes while proactively identifying and building new ones to enhance efficiency and performance.
Scale the Team: Play a key role in scaling our sales operations and expanding the team to meet growing demand.
Reporting: Report directly to the Founders (Elena/Davide).

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
Proven experience in selling B2C digital products (e.g., courses, memberships, programs, consulting).
Experience working with personal brands on social media (e.g., influencers, content creators).
Demonstrated experience in managing and/or training a sales team.
Fluency in Italian and English (written and spoken).
A flexible, adaptable, and highly result-driven approach.
Strong ambition and a proactive, can-do attitude.
Genuine willingness to be part of a fast-paced, evolving startup environment.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
University degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Previous experience in a startup environment, particularly in the EdTech or Creator Economy sectors.
Experience with B2B sales is a plus.
Good command of Spanish.
