Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives and sales targets for isolation materials.
Identify new business opportunities, market segments, and potential customers across construction, MEP, oil & gas, and industrial sectors.
Build and maintain strong relationships with consultants, contractors, project managers, procurement teams, and distributors.
Prepare and deliver technical presentations to demonstrate product features, advantages, and benefits.
Lead and manage the sales team: setting goals, tracking performance, and ensuring training and motivation.
Monitor market trends, competitors' activities, and pricing strategies to adjust sales approach accordingly.
Coordinate with the technical and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
Participate in tenders, contract negotiations, and project bidding processes.
Submit regular sales forecasts, reports, and pipeline updates to senior management.
Ensure compliance with health & safety standards and product certifications (FM, UL, ASTM, etc.).
