Job Description
:
Responsible for leading and expanding the company's sales operations in automotive protection products such as paint protection films, window tint, ceramic coatings, and detailing services. The Sales Manager develops business strategies, manages key client relationships, and drives revenue growth through effective sales planning and team leadership.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company targets and expand market share. Manage and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team goals. Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and corporate clients. Build and maintain strong relationships with car dealerships, workshops, and retail customers. Conduct market analysis to understand customer needs, pricing trends, and competitor activities. Prepare regular sales forecasts, performance reports, and budget plans. Oversee customer service quality and ensure high client satisfaction. Coordinate with marketing and operations teams to support promotional campaigns and product launches.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. Minimum 2-3 years of sales experience in the
automotive care or protection industry
