• Generate potential client lists and conduct surveys to identify customers actively seeking a hotel.
• Contact customers through calls or arranged meetings to understand their needs and requirements.
• Prepare and deliver sales proposals to potential clients, emphasizing the hotel\'s best features and qualities.
• Provide customers with a comprehensive list of available services, prices, and offer discounts when appropriate.
• Assist clients in selecting the most suitable service that meets their specific needs and specifications.
• Oversee hotel space booking and reservations to ensure availability and proper arrangements.
• Collaborate with other hotel staff to ensure a positive customer experience.
• Monitor and maintain high-quality customer service standards within the hotel.
• Negotiate prices with customers on behalf of hotel management to reach mutually beneficial agreements.
• Process and facilitate requests for customized services, such as room redecoration, equipment, and switches.
• Coordinate and organize event details, including catering, lodging, seating, and security.
• Resolve misunderstandings and conflicts within the hotel premises.
• Maintain regular contact with clients to obtain feedback and discuss future business opportunities.
• Develop annual budgets and implement effective strategies to achieve sales targets.
• Assess sales performance and make necessary adjustments to increase customer patronage.

Job Type: Full-time Salary: AED10,000.00 - AED15,000.00 per month Ability to commute/relocate:

• Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
